EduQuest- Oct'25

First Session in "Semicon EduQuest" an University Collaboration event by Semiconductor Association Pune was hosted at Symbiosis Institute of Technology today, 19th October 2024.

Technical Team of Semiconductor Association Pune gave an overview on "CMOS to Systems".  The presentation covered

1.     System use cases on a consumer electronics product.

2.     Overview of motherboard and various electronic components on it.

3.     A general purpose processing chip and its architecture overview.

4.     SoC Infrastructure IPs and Application Specific IPs.

4.     Foundational Ips and IP building blocks

5.     Digital and Analog circuit fundamentals required to design IP building blocks.

This is an effort to contribute in building a Talent Pipeline and helping students community become Industry ready. This session gave an perspective to the students about how the Digital and Analog Circuit Design concepts they are learning as a part of curriculum are important to realize bigger and complex Systems.

Third Year and Final year BE/BTech and Master's students from following colleges attended the event.
